We wanted to provide this written letter of recommendation for the services provided by Tami Kneubuhl. We have worked with other mortgage brokers in the past and the tremendous customer service, support, and focus from Tami far exceeded our past experiences AND every expectation we had. Let us give a brief recap of our situation:
Our real estate agent recommended us to Tami in mid-August and we began working with her immediately. Since our original home is in Chicago, we had to get everything done with Tami by phone, e-mail, fax, cell, and instant messaging. Tami made herself available to us at any time of the day – often we were talking even well after regular business hours! Tami’s level of professionalism was evident immediately – she quickly got our application processed and had several offers the next day.
The timing of our home closing and needing to obtain this mortgage was right at the height of the mortgage crisis that hit the financial and home mortgage industry – which proved somewhat difficult since there was a lot changing at all times. Tami always kept her cool and made sure she constantly communicated with us so we knew what was going on.
Thanks to Tami’s hard work, constant focus on our application, and complete persistence, we were able to get a great mortgage program that really met our needs. With the secured mortgage, we walked into the home builder confident that we had a great mortgage!
In working with the builder, they wanted us to use their lender as a condition to get the financing and incentives. We told the builder if they could not match the great program Tami got us, we would not go with them. Well, after tremendous stress and effort, the builder’s lender finally matched the program. This unfortunately affected Tami negatively because she did not get our mortgage.
Through the whole process – Tami was more than great – she was exceptional! Even after the builder’s lender matched the program, Tami still followed up with us, offered her services to review our paperwork, and guided us through our closing. Amazing!
In summary, Tami’s thoroughness, dedication, passion, persuasiveness, and trustworthiness are true reflections to how committed she is to the work she does. We are confident that without Tami, we would not have received the great mortgage we did! If we are ever in need of any mortgage services, there is no question that we will be using Tami’s services. My name is Debbie German, and I am a Realtor in Las Vegas. I met Tami through one of her advertising campaigns, and have known here for about a year. What got my attention at first was a fantastic loan program she had for first time buyers.
